Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge-back a deposit after it has been credited to your luki33 account will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances pending investigation.

If account closure is initiated by luki33 for reasons unrelated to player fault, your verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
You may close your luki33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and your remaining verified balance will be returned via your registered PKR payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under luki33's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to luki33's internal dispute resolution process.
